Our wild caught Bristol Bay Sockeye Salmon gravlax is made here at Little Fish. Cold cured with brine, ready to be thin sliced by you, or we'll do it upon request. Amazing on bagels, crackers, or charcuterie. A beautiful deep orange with a soft buttery texture make this a real treat. Seasoned with lemon and dill.
