Wild caught Bristol Bay Sockeye Salmon gravlax. Cold cured with brine, ready to be thin sliced. Amazing on bagels, crackers, or charcuterie. A beautiful deep orange with a soft buttery texture make this a real treat. Seasoned with lemon and dill.
