Tuna Loins, raw. frozen

Our albacore is pole-and-line caught, a selective method that minimizes bycatch and protects the ocean ecosystem. Albacore is celebrated for its high omega-3 fatty acid content (EPA and DHA), essential for heart and brain health. Unlike mass caught tuna, our albacore offers a firm texture, a brilliant white color, and a cleaner, richer flavor.  This highly migratory species is caught during the summer right off the coast of Oregon by our small boat fishers.
